Evidence of Learning • Include artifacts demonstrating your learning and growth during your service-learning experience. • This can include photos, videos, audio recordings, written reflections, and other materials showcasing your work and impact. Community Effect • Describe the effect of your service on the community and/or individuals you served. • Share any feedback or testimonials you received from the community or your service site supervisor. 5. Future Plans • Describe how your service-learning experience has influenced your plans, personally or professionally. • Share any plans for continued involvement in the community or related activities.
