This is a survey analysis for my research, Research topic: The Perceived Impact of Reward Satisfaction on Employee Turnover Intentions in the hotel industry. Research Question: What is the perceived impact of reward satisfaction on employee turnover intention in the hotel industry? Research Objectives: The main objective of this research is to examine the impact of reward satisfaction on employee turnover intentions in the hotel industry. In order to achieve the main objective and produce a set of recommendations the following subordinate objectives were investigated: − How financial, material and psychological rewards impact employees` turnover intentions in the hotel industry. − The employee turnover intention in the hotel industry. − The relationship between reward satisfaction and turnover intention. − Whether particular dimensions of reward satisfaction are related to turnover intention.
