select a business, economic, social or political data set or, preferably, data sets, of their own choosing. They will create a cleaned version of the data set selected, and produce a group of database tables from the raw data. From that database, students will conduct a variety of analyses such as desсrіptive and analytical statistics, summary tables, code for reading from the database into a pandas data frame, and possibly a group of illustrative charts constructed in matplotlib from the data. The submission for this assignment will include the raw data, an Excel workbook with the completed analysis, possibly a .CSV file SQL dump files ready for another analyst to ingest into some other data processing tool, and a 5 page text discussing the nature of the data, the complications encountered while analyzing the data, and an interpretation of the meaning and importance of the data set for an interested outside audience.
