A customer support organization is building offices in Waterloo, Slough and one in Cairo. Please provide a model of computer that will be used for the office staff, and a second model of computer that will be used for tier 1 support and a third machine for tier 2 support. Provide recommended server hardware that should be used for virtualization for the infrastructure for each site. Also break down the IP class and how both sites will be connected.
