Once you have selected your objects and seen them, write a paper that includes: ● An explanation of your theme and how the works are related; ● A formal analysis of each work as well as a discussion of meaning; You want not only to discuss the works singly, but to relate them to each other to see what similarities and differences they have. Be sure to reference and include concepts we’ve learned in this course. This is an opportunity to demonstrate what you have learned about the artists/movements represented here, and to apply that knowledge to works you haven’t seen before. This is not a research paper, but if you use outside sources (sparingly), please be sure to cite them. You should use information from your book, lectures, and the MoMA website
