Module 7 Self Care Plan
Prepare for the Assignment:
Perform a literature review for current evidence based practice to support personal wellbeing and physical/emotional health. Develop themes from the literature and formulate action plans based on the themes (examples: healthy eating, moving your body, etc). Reflect on your own life and self care habbits. In order to care and lead for others, you must first care for yourself. What is the research-practice gap that you see in your life? You don’t need to share this but simply reflect. What to Submit in the Assignment:
Using the PREZI online platform, create a plan for self care using current evidence. This may be a plan you could provide for another person or for yourself. Be sure to stay objective and present only evidence based recommendations. Use appropriate citations. Include resources available to you or your patients in your presentation.
