Only complete the In-Season, Non-Game portion, all COVID friendly PLEASE KEEP CONSIDER THE COVID PRECAUTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS IN PLACE FOR GATHERINGSAPAMust use 3 peer-reviewed articles with citations Also, create corresponding PowerPoint slides. Will be using the following 5 In-season ideas: 1. National Puppy Day (MARCH 23RD)- The M-Braves could hold an adoption event for local/ area animal shelters.2. Easter at the Park- I’m sure that this has been done before at ballparks where they host an egg hunt for children. They could charge a small fee, have the “Easter Bunny” make an appearance, and take pictures with the kids. Everyone would have to wear their mask, and only children would be allowed on the field.3.Superbowl Watch Party- Like with many bars and restaurants, they could play the Super Bowl over the jumbotron. They could also open for concessions.4. Season Opener Parade- COVID drive-by meet and greet with the team. (Like what they are doing with baby showers, birthdays). Not your normal parade, but with the CDC Guidelines, this could work…. They could also give away facemasks and take up donations towards COVID Research.5. State Championship at the Park- The M-Braves could open their stadium up for state championship baseball tournaments. Similar to how they have used the gym in Jackson for basketball. This provides more space between fans. Gives the high school athletes a more memorable experience.
