Dear Mr. Professional Writer,Good Day.I have attached three attachments for the Qualitative Research Proposal :1. The Assignment Requirement.2. Sample of Article we can take information from.3. Sample of Article we can take information from.I have other ideas we can add:My ideas to be added in the research proposal. (In somehow, If possible & related) (From my work experience). So many organizations are facing problems right now, especially with Covid-19 in allowing employees to review business process & knowing the fact. There is a big lack of business documentation earlier because of many organizations though that they do not need it or did not anticipate this pandemic to be happened. Therefore, what happened recently with the lack of business process documentation that caused many organizations to have those issues with helping the staff to guide them where to start? & who is responsible for it? Thus, in typical environment is dashboard, what is known a knowledge base. That will include all the business processes that also will be including who is the owner of that process & who is responsible for it, this will help the staff with the employee awareness who to contact when they need something from organization. Is it related to operations, HR, Finance, etc?The business process is very important & should be there to help & guide everyone to know how the business is taking care of internally. That is a way in another a problem as well because many organizations though that the process documentation is a low risk task or activity. Thus, they do not spend a lot of time on it. It could consumes lots of time & efforts from the staff time. Then this will definitely effect the staff awareness and performance, & eventually effect negatively. Moreover, will add more pressures on senior employees (managers & supervisors) & the management because the supervisor will receive a lot of emails & queries here & there & in most cases, the supervisor will be spending a lot of time trouble shooting problems, and searching where things to be start rather than focusing on efficiency in a way or another. So in a nutshell, the lack of business process causes a lot of waste! We call it in business a waste management. Therefore, it is actually a waste process, which cause a lot of time consumed to trouble shoot & to look into the issue. Therefore, it is advised to work on the process documentation, developing & training employees to encounter the issue. Some organizations have a business process but they do not circulated to the stakeholders & not communicated & educated as well. A clear Business process is very important & should be in place, it will help in clarifying the responsibilities & who is taking care of what? Which eventually can add values & positive impact in organization. Best of Luck!
