Prior to submission, you should do an initial literature search to help refine your topic. Use literature sources, peer reviewed articles, or pub med to find atleast 3 topics. You can discuss anything such as cancer, diabetes, down syndrome or whatever you find.

Ex: If you decide to talk about cancer, break down a type of cancer and how it relates to human physiology and physiological mechanisms.
