Book: Leadership and Self-Deception – Stephen R. CoveyThis assignment provides the opportunity to complete a critical review of a book written on the subject of leadership or change management. In this assignment, the student will read the book, then identify, summarize, and evaluate the material presented by the author. The student will examine the author’s work from the student’s perspective and will compare and/or contrast the work from the perspective of the text used in the Leadership and Change Management course. (During the first week of the course we will discuss book selection)The review written for this assignment should be five to seven pages (not including the cover page and References page). The review should use Times New Roman, 12 point font. APA format should be used, with one-inch margins on all sides. In-text citations and References listing should follow APA guidelines. An appropriate cover sheet should be included. The review will include three major sections: Introduction, Body, and Conclusion.Introduction: The Introduction section will identify the author, title, and main topic presented in the chosen book. It may also present the author’s purpose in writing the book.
