Describe each of the data resources overall in terms of topic, format, and usability. Focus on the IR process and mechanisms set up to help the new researcher.

This is actually MORE important with datasets, because so often (as with the Bureau of Labor Statistics), the results are the result of a query and cannot be saved – it’s more complex in some ways, more flexible.
