Evaluate based on the first three sources of great wriVigor of mental conception; what is the Great Idea behind that which you are criticizing? Love? Fear? Conflict?

Strong and inspired emotion; what and how does the piece you have chosen touch you emotionally? Adele makes people cry. Why is that?

Adequate fashioning of speech and thought; does the creator of your artifact know what they are doing? (If it is music, does it seem they know their way around recording software, etc.? Can they play? Does it sound good? If it is a book, can they write well?) This is important because you may have a great idea and it can drive emotion, but do you know how to make it come into being in the appropriate format or medium?

So, write two pages of response and tell me these things above. If you want to include a copy of your artifact (somehow!) feel free to do so.
