entry 1: In my university, we had an event called the IPE (interprofessional education), for the IPE we had to learn about specific cases, scenarios, and treatments and were told to express our opinions and thoughts. I’ll add the document that was shared with us of the event planning and what it’s all about. So, in summary we have people from different universities and some in the same uni but different colleges (Medicine, pharmacy, biomedical sciences, Human nutrition, nurses, science and technology) It was separated into activities which was added in the document. The descriiption to reflection ratio: there should be maximum 250 descriiption words while the rest of the word count should be focused on reflection. Also a few more general rules for the paper: The maximum word count is: 1200 words, Font size: 12, Font and line spacing: Arial, line spacing is 1.5 in Paragraph form. The theme I should reflect on is: Knowledge for Practice which is to apply knowledge of biomedical and clinical sciences through decision-making (It’s in the portfolio student guide which I would like you to look through to understand this paper properly). Our IPE session was about type 2 diabetes, I want u to write this paper with two parents who have diabetes and wants to further study the condition in the future to develop better remedies etc, our coordinator was a really nice pharmacology senior student who shared the same passion, and we clicked, hoping to work together in the future to solve this issue. If you want to write about something else that is also fine, I just want it to relate around the theme. Our group was made out of medicine students (including myself), nursing students, pharmacy students, biomedical students, nutritionist students, dental students (we were 9 students total).
