Change the policy to make it okay? Most would agree that that is not a satisfactory ethical response.In class we discussed how no one likes to be harassed. If that is true, how can you ethically accept or condone harassment? Do unto others, as you would have others do unto you. This is the basis of many religious philosophies. Who can argue against it? So even if you made harassment legal or within policy from the point of view of ethics it would be immoral. This is how you need to think about ethical problems in the workplace.
