Part I. General Discussion (around 1,000 words)

Prepare a personal reflection on the OWP at IMD / EEC at LSE as a whole, highlighting the key learning. Explain how would the student make use of the knowledge or/and experience that have gained in OWP / EEC in the student’s professional work and DBA/DMgt study?

show their ability and creativity to choose the personal reflection on the OWP or LSE for their individual written assignment,  demonstrate their in-depth and specific understanding on what the students have learned through, behind which the related knowledge and/or experience can be applied in their practical works and studies, and  clearly indicate the students’ interests in the personal reflection and the chosen learning experience.

Part II. Session-specific Discussion (around 2,000 words)

Choose one of the sessions attended by the student during the OWP at IMD / EEC at LSE, which the student found most interesting. Describe the learning from this session using the reading material, speaker’s comments, lecture notes and the group discussion as the basis.

Student should demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the chosen topic including not only a presentation of the various materials but also a critical review of the key concepts and practices covered in the session of the chosen topic.
