First, read the AHIMA data quality standards and focus on key principles 1 through 5.

Next, review the for the final project, and complete the Module Two EHR Quality Review Template Word Document, specifically focusing the following sections of the data set:

Fall Risk Assessment Documented: Date and Time
Vital Signs Documented: Date and Time
Medication Reviewed By
Medication Review: Date and Time
Attach the completed template to your journal assignment submission and also address the following in this assignment:

Describe how the four sections of data you reviewed in the data set apply to each of the five AHIMA data quality standards.
What criteria do you need to look at to determine the quality of the data in relation to the specific standards? Provide some examples.
Explain why quality data is important. Provide some specific examples related to the data set.
