Create or choose a lesson plan that can be modify.
Modify the lesson plan to address the needs of at least three exceptionalities based on principles covered in this course.

Incorporate the following into your modified lesson plan:

Specific accommodations to address the needs of at least three exceptionalities
Assistive technology tools that promote communication, collaboration, and the construction of specific content knowledge
Formative and summative assessments, and any assistive technology needed to ensure that students are able to participate in the assessments

Write a summary of the major changes you made to the lesson plan and explain why you made them. Include justification for the accommodations and assistive technology tools you incorporated, and how they support students with exceptionalities.

Submit your original lesson plan, modified lesson plan, and summary to the assignment.
