Episode: Law and Order Under Democracy (for example)
Each episode is broken up into 8-10 minute segments on different topics (you can tell because sometimes it is when they give you a pop-up heading). For each segment/topic, summarize with one or two sentences the important “take-away” knowledge. You can be flashy be listing the historical vocabulary words, too.
