Compare and contrast “change” and “innovation” and whether or not both are integral to good leadership. Could lack of innovation leadership be one reason we have a gap in quality healthcare? Why or why not? Discuss any 2 of the 7 characteristics of innovation leadership that you most identify with and desire to further develop. Describe one failed implementation you have witnessed and the leadership characteristics that may have hindered the innovation or evidence-based intervention.
