Assessment Task 1: 1100 words In this task, students will participate in a role play for 15 minutes. Each student will play the role of a manager assuming other classmates as stakeholders. Students would be given one-week time to prepare for the role play. Necessary verbal feedback will be provided by the trainer at the end of the session. Assessment Task 2:900 to 1000 words This is a written questions and answers assessment that needs to be completed by students over the duration of training session. The assessor must provide students with sufficient information to complete this assessment. While answering the questions, students will gain knowledge about the resources required in developing an operational plan to meet organisational goals and objectives. They will be able to understand the organisational policies, practices and procedures relevant to operational plan, discuss the key performance criteria with relevant stakeholders and develop a position description for a given position in an organisation.
