The Discussion is due Wednesday 06/25/2025 at 9:00 p.m. I stay in Mississippi so please adhere to the time zone.

The interview is based on  knowledgeable community leaders to gain insight into their perceptions of trends and patterns in educational growth in the community.  Take notes or record the interview for later transcribing.  Notice comments the community leaders make about culture, economic issues, divisiveness, community or school problems, infrastructure, communication avenues, parent organizations or volunteers, local political issues/governance that affect the school, gaining community support of the school, and legal concerns they have noticed that affect the school.  Examples of community leaders to consider for the interviews:  former superintendent, former principal, mayor, school board member, city council member, chancery clerk, Board of Supervisors member, alderman, business owner, religious leader, etc. (Do NOT interview a teacher.)

The two people interviewed were Laura Mattox (former Principal) and Tanesha Erve (School Board Member)
