Access to 6 job descriptions for positions relating to accounting (3) and to maintenance (3). For purposes of this assignment, your Accounting Department has each of these positions in it. Likewise, your Maintenance Department also has each of their respective positions. Use the Hay job evaluation process to determine an overall evaluation score for each of the positions. Based on your results, rank each department’s positions in order of highest to lowest anticipated pay scale. You should have two sets of rankings; one for accounting and one for maintenance.
