Looking at the crisis from a critical perspective. Your own view and a critical view. You are not deciding whether this is a crisis only exploring the way the crisis is framed in different discourses.

Should focus on how socioeconomic and political factors impact the development of mental health crisis in the UK and how the crisis is experienced by the marginalised groups in the country. Describe what of kind of crisis is this, how is it shaped, and who calls it a crisis?
Deconstruct the concept of crisis and how it leads to proposed interventions but no need to suggest your own interventions and solutions.
As a framework, theorists use (their definition of perspective on crisis): “A World of Emergencies” by Craig Calhoun or “Words and Worlds” by Fassin.
