Please develop a plan for a macro project, (planning a special event) that will focus on Substance abuse awareness month 
The plan should include:
1. Name for the project: Rise and Recover (and a formal cover page for the plan) A substance abuse event to encourage the benefits of recovery
2. Background of the issue to be addressed by the project (1 page- including references)
3. Background on the agency and the population served (if relevant to the project), or composite information on the agency staff (if relevant to the project), or whichever type of background info is needed to further explain the need for the project and the setting in which the project will occur. (1 page- including references)
4. Overview of project- what will you do, and what measurable goals/objectives will you set for this project (1/2-1 page).
5. Timeline for the project (1/2 page- ok to put in a 2 column table).
6. Budget.  Include any budgetary needs for this project, and indicate how these needs will be met.  Remember that social workers often must be creative and frugal.  
7. Reference page.
