Write a 10-page paper on the following topic: Ethical Dilemmas within Child Welfare Services. This project should thoroughly discuss and analyze ethical issues, principles, or dilemmas related to a specific field of social work practice, a specific type of social work practice or intervention, a specific social policy or policy debate, or a population with whom social workers are involved. The paper will assess and evaluate the practice situation, discuss the ethical issues and the focus of the dilemma, and include a literature review of the ethical focus or dilemma, identification of the ethical principles involved, an overview of your own perspective, identification and evaluation of ethical options, and a discussion of your ethical position.

relevant ethical principles are identified; 2) the relevant ethical principles
are thoroughly discussed regarding the topic of the paper; 3) an overview of your own perspective is clearly presented and logically follows the stream
of thought.
