Topic: Increasing Nurse Job Satisfaction
This assignment aims to demonstrate the student’s ability to work through the evidence-based practice process, write professionally, and use APA 7th edition formatting.
The following elements will be included in this assignment:
Identifying a problem/concern, researching the background and significance of the problem and solution.
Developing a PICOT question.
Finding, evaluating, and analyzing evidence and synthesizing this evidence into an action recommendation.
Make recommendations on how to implement the recommendation into practice, why select this recommendation, what data would be evaluated to determine the effectiveness of the recommendation, and whether there are any barriers.
Using APA 7th edition formatting and professional writing.
Basic Instructions
Must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx)
Formatting: APA format, 7th edition.
Length: The paper should be at least 5 pages. This does not include the title, reference page, or evidence table.
Abstract: An abstract is not required.
Use the appropriate header for each topic (see rubric). You can add more, but you need one header for each section stated in the rubric.
For your evidence table and this paper, you must have 3 research articles written within the last 10 years. You can not use evidence-based practice, quality improvement, or systematic review articles.
You will also need to include 4 additional sources for this paper ( NOTE: these are the 4 meta-analysis, systematic reviews, integrative reviews, or clinical practice guidelines you found for the background and significance assignment at the beginning of the semester), so you will have cited and used 3 research articles and 4 supporting sources. These supporting sources need to be peer-reviewed articles or information from reputable sites (.gov or .org) USE THE FOUR SOURCES ATtATCHED IN THE EVIDENCE TABLE AS THE FOUR ADDITIONAL SOURCES THE INSTRUCTION ASK FOR follow the rubric attatched
