Behavioral interview questions are very common as many skills can be taught through on the job training. Behavioral interview questions are also thought to be the hardest to answer as they require you to prepare in advance.  In this discussion, envision yourself sitting in the waiting room of a very important job interview awaiting to be called in. Now, envision yourself experiencing some kind of stress.
