After reviewing these I have selected 3 that I need to target; eating better, engaging in physical activity every day, and managing my weight. For example, at each meal making sure half my plate is fruit and vegetables and avoiding highly processed foods are two habit I will adopt. Illustrate: I will build my meals around the 5 food groups that focus on ½ the plate containing fruits and vegetables with small servings from the grain, protein and dairy groups.
