For Part 1- I only want 10 Slides For Part 11- Please write only 3 min speech- I will record myself. For Part 11- I only want 2 Slides Competency Description: Today’s healthcare administrators and managers must be prepared to assess their organization’s effectiveness in meeting goals and objectives from a perspective that includes the structure, design, and culture of the organization itself. In an environment of rapid change, this Competency requires awareness, sensitivity, leadership, and an understanding of the correlation between organizational culture and organizational strength. An organization’s ability to live, achieve, and grow its vision is dependent upon its stakeholders not only embracing a shared vision but also on seeing that vision operationalized in a manner that honors the diversity of stakeholders. Just as cultural competency is essential in serving customer populations, so it is critical to the engagement and motivation of populations within an organization. Organizational structure, dynamics, and culture are not left to chance. Rather, they are assessed, modified, and reshaped as the organization itself evolves. In this Assessment, you will assess the effectiveness of organizational structures in furthering an organization’s ability to achieve its vision and goals.
