1. If you are comparing two different groups or doing a pretest and post-test design with the same group, then you would likely use a t-test. I want you to figure out what type (i.e., independent or dependent).

2. If you are doing single case design, then you are graphing your data using an AB or ABAB design.

3. If you are looking at the relationship between variables, you are likely using some form of correlation. It could be a simple correlation, multiple regression, or linear regression.

4. If you are examining more than 2 groups or using multiple variables, then you are likely going to use an ANOVA, MANOVA, or MANCOVA.
