You are required to provide a preliminary cost estimate and construction planning information for a residential house building. The house plans and associated support information are provided below.

Other parts are done but you are to do:
• Main body section outlining project background and associated information.
• Main body section for project schedule

The following from the project are provided and must be looked at to do the schedule. Please use resources that can be easily available. These are attached below:
• Main body section for WBS and task resource breakdown description
• Main body section for project cost estimate

Large tables of information (e.g. calculation sheets and large figures/tables) that may detract from the overall flow of the report should be included in Appendices. All estimations of each aspect of the project should be discussed, explained, analysed and justified, based on best available information.
